We take great pride in packaging and shipping each item with the same care we put into making it. Below you’ll find our current shipping practices and policies.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order. Once your package leaves our hands, tracking info will be provided when available.
Domestic & Local Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. If you’re local to the Clark County, Idaho area and would prefer to pick up your order, please reach out via email at thehandmadeemporium@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Packaging & Gift Wrap
All items are packed with care and rustic charm, ready to gift or enjoy right out of the box. If you’re sending a gift, feel free to leave a message in the notes, and we’ll include a handwritten card at no extra charge.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is with the carrier, we no longer have control over delivery times. Please understand that delays caused by weather, holidays, or USPS/UPS issues are beyond our control. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors and contacting the carrier directly.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
